My favorite quotes from this episode:

If you think you’ll happy be when…Have you ever been to your future? How do you know your happiness is gong to be there? I am not free from the challenges of life. I am free from the struggles of the challenges of life. I am in harmony with reality and not trying to fight reality. You need to learn how to listen to yourself better, not talk to yourself better. Put a question mark at the end of every thought you think. Is it true that you are not doing enough? What is the statement relative to? Until you are totally at peace inside of yourself, then you cannot truly be with another because there will also be some attachments and dependency. That’s not love and that’s not a healthy relationship. Feelings are a terrible indicator of truth. Just because we feel something doesn’t mean that is they way it is. Life will present you with people and circumstances to reveal where you are not free. We select the emotions we want to feel, but that’s not the way life works. The most powerful human being is able to make space for all the emotions. When you bring all your emotions to the table, the ones you were avoiding starts to dissipate and carry less charge. True happiness is the absence of the search for happiness.
